- I’ve completed all my coursework
- I’m required to do practicum 4-5 days a week (at least 32 hours)
- I have an externship coordinator which I will send your info to so that they can follow up
- We have a standard contract we can provide
- The supervisor would need to have current ASHA membership and at least two years of experience and two hours of continuing education on supervision
